Terms of service are subject to change without notice.By commissioning me in any way, you are confirming that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms of service below.

I - GENERAL TERMS

You acknowledge that my commissions are DIGITAL COMMISSIONS and therefore will have no shipping or physical goods unless agreed otherwise.✦ Should you want the artwork to be kept private during and after the process of the commission, please inform me.Please
✦ communicate with me if any problem occurs.
✦ write to me nicely and clearly.
✦ don’t send me a wall of text.
✦ provide me with visual references in color as detailed as you desire the commission to be.
✦ don’t give me a vague request like “draw whatever you want”. Please make your commission specific.
If you have a deadline, please feel free to stress on it. I don’t want to work without a deadline and getting in trouble for not delivering before said inexistent deadline.
✦ confirm first whether or not this is a commercial commission. Different TOS may apply.
✦ If the artwork is to be printed, please confirm with me before I start working on it.
✦ don't send me a text description of your character.
*This would force me to design a character from scratch, which is not part of an illustration commission. I’m also not a good character designer, so to avoid unwanted results, it is best that I don’t have to attempt to design a character from scratch.I do not want to tolerate any ill behavior. Should you fail to follow the provided rules, I have the right to decline your commission.

IV - USAGE POLICY ON THE COMMISSIONED ARTWORK(s)

The artist reserves the right to
✦ Include the commissioned work in portfolios, online profiles/pages, commission sheets, etc.
✦ Reproduce the artwork for merchandise such as prints, t-shirts, etc.
✦Modify, edit, and repurpose the commissioned piece.
✦ Claim the commissioned piece as their own work.✦ My artworks are not to be traced, heavily referenced or reproduced in any form. Please do not use personal use commissions for commercial projects. If violations of copyrights are made, I will blacklist you and decline any future commissions from you.The commissioner and other parties may not
✦ Include the commissioned work in portfolios, commission sheets, etc.
✦ Reproduce the artwork for merchandise such as prints, t-shirts, etc. without mutual agreement or contract.
✦ Claim the commissioned piece as their own work.
✦ Post the commissioned piece onlinne without proper credits to the artist.
✦ Mint/sell the commissioned work for NFT/cryptocurrencies in any way, shape or form.
✦ Use the commissioned artwork in any Artificial Intelligence training procedures.In proceeding with the commission request, you agree that the artwork created by the artist at any stage of completion will not be put onto or used by any and all blockchain or crypto-related technologies, all past, present and future NFT marketplace, nor should the artwork be made into NFT or cryptocurrencies under any circumstances. This includes all past, present and future derivatives, versions or evolution there may be of the aforementioned technology, trading or investing platforms, including private applications or websites. Under no circumstances should the artwork be used for commercial purposes without the artist's explicit permission and/or written legally binding contract. This includes actions performed by human decision and artificial intelligent i.e bots alike.The artwork is for personal use only unless contracted otherwise. Reproduction of the artwork without proper permission or any evidence that the artwork was used for Commercial purposes will be in violation of copyrights. The artist retains all rights to the produced artwork.Should the artist discover unauthorized use of commissioned personal artwork for commercial purposes against the terms agreed upon the commissioning of the artwork, especially in the events that said artwork had been used in an NFT/cryptocurrency, or used to create a blockchain, the client shall:
- be banned from the artist's services under all names, aliases, and further completion of commissioned artworks if any present at the time of discovery;
- recompense the artist for the break of contract and the illegal financial gain from use of my labor without consent in the full amount of financial gain from transaction activities related to said cryptocurrency/NFT/blockchain-related "investments", using a legit, government-recognized, regulated currency via either local bank services or PayPal;
- remove the related artwork(s) from all blockchain-associated marketplaces, trading platforms, and related spaces.
- delete the offending material(s) from all blockchain-associated marketplaces, trading platforms, and related spaces.
